3 steps to being pleasantly surprised!

Here are 3 steps to help you be pleasantly surprised...


1) Challenge everything you believe to be true and practice DROPPING all your preconceived notions for 1 day


I learned a wonderful lesson from A Course in Miracles, to practice the perspective, "I do not know what anything is for".


When you stop thinking you know what everything is about, what everything is for, what it means or should be, and you stop expecting life to show up that way, life starts to look brand new and very different!


You can enjoy life fresh, as if you just arrived here, filled with awe and wonder, ready to be surprised.

2) Expect good things to happen


Our past experiences (all the things we've seen, heard, been told, and learned) completely color our view of the world around us and what we THINK is going to happen next.


If that past has involved some difficulty, your human nature is to expect more of the same.


That is UNLESS you're consciously aware and realize that your future is NOT dictated by the past. It is in fact dictated by exactly what you are believing, thinking and feeling right NOW!



3) Pleasantly surprise someone else


Give what you want to receive.


Make a pleasant surprise the highlight of the week for someone you know, and realize that in doing so you are speaking to life. You are projecting the vibrational frequency that matches what you want more of.


Will you do at least ONE of these things?

Which one? And when?
