8 Formulas to Easy Manifestation 🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♂️

When it comes down to it, most things in life are much more simple than we let on.

We all know how weight loss works. Losing more calories than you eat.

We all know how finance works, too. Spending less than you earn.

So then, why is it that so many of us struggle to lose weight or build wealth?

We complicate it. We try to come up with hot new techniques that are so far away from the original idea that it’s no wonder you failed.

And manifestation is no different.

The simple truth – anecdotally and in my personal experience – is that the only thing you need to do to become a master manifester is to know what you want, think from the perspective of that state, and live as though you already have it.

If you want to be wealthy, you need to think, act, and most importantly feel like a wealthy person.

If you want to be slim, you need to think, act, and feel like a slim person too.

Still, there are a lot of confusing tips on how to get into the feeling of already being “there” – whether that feeling is wealth, adoration, freedom, or anything else worth pining over. Try to keep the following 8 tips in mind, but don’t overcomplicate this simple and fun process.

#1 Do not pay more attention to the outside world than the inside world.

Our outside world is a direct reflection of where our mind, beliefs, and self-love are.

But, your outside world works a lot like air conditioning.

Let’s say you’ve realized that your room is hot, very hot. So you turn on the air conditioning. You’ve turned it on and the machine starts whizzing, but there is no cold air yet. What gives?

Well, it is a process. The machine will have to keep working for a few moments to cool the room to the target temperature, but that doesn’t mean that it’s not working, or that you should turn off the air conditioning because it’s pointless after all.

Likewise, your positive manifestations might not take place immediately. But that doesn’t mean you should stop your techniques like affirmations, visualization, or retraining your mind. And just like the air conditioning, you will have to work with intensity and dedication until your outside world matches your internal vision.

Not just in physicallyhustling, but in mentally being “there” in the end, well before your reality reflects it.

That means feeling beautiful and confident beforeyou’ve lost the weight. Feeling relaxed and abundant while you’re recovering from another overdraft fee. Feeling like the most lovey-dovey, pampered paramour even during a heartbreak.

Bit by bit, you will notice your reality catch up to your vision. But the most important thing is holding fast to that vision no matter what the outside world throws at you. In a way, you will have to learn to trust yourself more than you trust the world.

Do that however you must, however you can. Affirmations are great. A vision board is great. None of these things themselves will do it for you – their power is not in them, it is in what they inspire in you. Those feelings of power, of belief, of certainty.

#2 You do not need to worry about crushing “subconscious blocks” to succeed.

We all have dark parts of our past that may have dampened our ability to feel naturally abundant, adored, beautiful, or any other desirable state. And while it’s important to work on resolving our baggage, the healing process never truly ends. There are always new ways to feel more amazing!

That being said, you do not need to crush your “subconscious blocks” to start feeling better. It is enough to know how you want to feel and begin feeling that way as authentically as you can, even if that means starting small.

For example, if you have $18.63 in your bank account, being in the multimillionaire mindset is going to be challenging. Affirmations like “I have $2 million in my bank account” is going to feel like blowing hot air. But, you can get into the feeling of being worthy of money right now.

By continually living as if you’re already at the end – physically, yes, but more so mentally – you will already be crushing the “subconscious blocks” that kept you at a sub-optimal state for so long.

Often the reason people worry about subconscious blocks is because of the thoughts that go along with them. Thoughts that say you’re too fat, too poor, that you’ll never get ahead, etc.

But the reason you had those thoughts is because of your beliefs. If you trump those tired, bitter beliefs with new ones – that you are worthy of your dreams and even consider them normal – then there is nothing to fight against. No need to “reprogram” your mind, pretend your past never happened, or act as if you’ve never overcome struggle.

Remember, what you resist persists! Simply accept what was, do not fight it, but decide here and now that it is done and simply snap into the version of you where your dreams are normal, everyday things. The body, the money, the love, the business… you have it all within you already.

#3 There is no “deserving” or “not deserving”.

There are people uglier, nastier, meaner, dumber, poorer, and lazier than you who get what they want all the time.

Largely because, unlike you, they do not spend so much time hemming and hawing and wondering if they deserveit. They do not wait to get a gold sticker from some Big Honey in the Sky or a sign from an angel. And frankly, if you’re waiting on somebody else to tell you to “Keep going!” or tell you “You deserve it!”?

Well, then you probably don’t want it bad enough and that’swhy you don’t have it.

You are the creator of your own experience. This whole thing, top to bottom, is your choice. Your weight, finances, relationships, career prospects, the country you live in… the whole thing is yours to decide. Stay or go. Keep or toss. Catch or pass up.

And I know that’s an awful lot of responsibility, isn’t it?

Deciding what you want and getting it. Calling it in, making it happen.

It would be so much easier to wait on an angel to tell you you’re allowedto have it. Or God. Or your mommy, or the government.

Because then you don’t have to do the hard work!

And by hard work, I mean getting off your ass and making it happen, yes, but more importantly?

The mental work. Of deciding it’s yours, of believing it’s yours, of training your mind and your spirit to accept full responsibility and surrender for making this yours.

And deep down in your heart you know it’s true. That this is all mental training, that you have to see without seeing and believe without reason to believe yet.

You’d rather work and earn and “deserve”. It’s safer that way. More “realistic”, you think.

But tell me, do you believe that you can attract whatever you want?

Do you really?

Do you believe you are the creator of your own experience?

#4 There is no difference between “big” manifestations and small manifestations.

The simple truth is that those big, pie-in-the-sky manifestation goals that you have?

That is somebody else’s bare minimum.

While you are out here begging for a simple text message from joe blow, she is getting a marriage proposal from a prince within a week.

While you are out here praying to be out of debt, she is making $10,000 a day from her business.

Those “big” manifestation goals you have are only “big” to you, because you have allowed those goals to be bigger than you.

You are the God/dess of your own life. Do not give yourself silly rules or limitations for what you’re “allowed” to have in this life.

Why are you afraid of making this manifestation accessible to you?

Why do you feel like you do not deserve to have it free and clear, easily?

Why do you choose not to walk away from your old story, and snap into the version of you you were meant to be?

#5 You do not need to learn any lessons in order to manifest what you want. There is no ladder to climb.

A lot of spiritual practices are strangely guilt-based. Or preach that you have to endure pain to get what you want for…whatever reason.

But it’s not like that. You go through life and learn, but you do not need to do that in order to manifest what you want. Again, you do not need to prove your worth or in any way “deserve” your manifestation.

#6 You do not need to look for signs.

You do not have to look for “signs” that your manifestation is coming. In fact, any “sign” that you’re looking for is just a small manifestation itself.

But, wanting to look for signs might be a tell that you don’t believe you deserve this manifestation, that it’s too big for you. But if you can believe in your ability to manifest little signs, why not just manifest the “large” goal those signs point to? You are creating your reality and the rules you play by – do not limit yourself to small things just because that is all you’re used to allowing yourself to create.

If you knew you were the creator of your own experience, would you be excited over one measly little text message? NO! Being messaged, called, adored by a top-notch lover would be normal.

If you knew you were the creator of your own experience, would you pray just to someday be rid of debt? NO! Being financially free of worries over debt, FICO score, financing, and your future would be normal.

Do you look for a sign that you will be able to sleep in a bed tonight?

Do you look for a sign that you will have clean water – as much of it as you want – today?

No, probably not. Because those things are normal for you. But they are not for a lot of people.

So get your mind into a state of seeing your goal as NORMAL. Perhaps not even exciting anymore, frankly!

#7 The universe is not testing you. You are the author.

There is no big, scary fiend in the sky trying to keep you down or test you. You are both the author and the main character. Your boss, your nation’s leader, your neighbor, your ex, your lover, and everyone in between are merely flavor text in your story.

YOU are still and always will be the author and protagonist.

Blaming anything on anyone else, or hoping that they will move the story along somehow is both lazy and dishonest with yourself and you know it.

#8 You do not have to “try” to manifest.

We are all manifesting all the time, consciously or not.

Think about it. How close is your life to your parents’ lives – financially, emotionally, romantically, etc.?

Do you have a weakness for deadbeat bad boys just like mom did?

Do you have an inability to spend money on yourself just like your dad did?

We repeat the stories we have in our mind until we decide to take create new ones. So you can either manifest the same old, same old, or you can manifest something that you consciously create. What’ll it be?

Because you’re going to manifest anyway – whether you “try” to or not.

Go Get It,
