How we deal with negativity is a fascinating and very important game when living out your ambitions and interests on the internet. I talk about it more in this video...when you're trying to stay positive please remember that I was 32 when I made my first business content and it wasn't really really 34,35,37 that I really began to talk about business. The most important thing my dad taught me about business was that I had to work-- and my word was my bond. Don't just talk about doing something, you have to do it.
People are out here worried that they aren’t growing or they are losing followers or are behind..."look at this influencer who’s 4 years younger than me but has a million followers" that's all a distraction.
Don’t worry about anyone else

Patience and execution and practice and time .... you’ve got way more time than your insecurities tell you.

Here are two tips to keep in mind when hiring new employees:
1. Give trust easily.
I give trust a lot easier than most CEOs. To me, it’s just faster. I blindly trust all my employees. If they prove themselves to be incapable, I’ll put restrictions around them.
I genuinely believe that “Trust is not given, it’s earned” is slow and egotistical.
2. Don’t compare your hires to yourself
This is where a lot of leaders get caught. They measure candidates against themselves, and then scratch their egos by finding ways candidates don’t match up.
I don't hold employees to the same standard that I hold myself to.
For me, it’s all about offense.
I don’t care if my hires don’t perform as well as I would because they’re freeing up my time. Even if they’re not performing at “100”, that’s okay because they’re allowing me to go on the offense in other ways.
