To view the recording CLICK HERE As most of you are aware, the continued COVID-19 pandemic is affecting a lot of industries, including shipping carriers. We've heard directly from these carriers that they are understaffed because of the restrictions and amount of people staying home. In turn, it is taking them longer to deliver these packages. Over the past month we've personally seen an increase in the time it takes for our Customer's packages to be delivered.  This is affecting Domestic Shipping as well as International Shipping.  Sometimes a package will be scanned one day, and not scanned again for several business days.  For International Shipping, once your package is shipped out of the United States, it could take a couple of weeks before it is scanned again in its destination country. We wanted to let you know that we are continuing to ship out each package in a timely manner as we typically do. However, once shipped, these packages are taking longer to deliver. We are keeping an eye out on these packages as best we can and will do all that we can to ensure they reach you and your Customers.
