Here are my 5 things for you this week!

1. Knowing optimal thyroid levels is key to being able to understand how your thyroid is functioning. It’s also helpful so that you can be your own best advocate for your health. I've got a new article that walks you through the ideal lab ranges and what they mean. It's a good one to bookmark!


2. Creamy Chicken, Tomato and Vegetable Soup has been a reader favorite for over 8 years now! It's creamy, full of flavor and super comforting.


3. My brother, Dr. Erik Korem and I are back with an updated class all about How to Exercise for Thyroid, Adrenal and Hormone Balance. It's just 35 minutes and I think you'll find it incredibly helpful!


4. Did you know that over-sanitizing our environments can be harmful for our gut and immune system? Keeping things clean is important, but it's best to avoid toxic cleaners.


5. There’s nothing quite like a moist, rich chocolate bundt cake! It can be served alone, or with berries and cream, it handles freezing well and it’s a nice alternative to other pies and cookies during the holiday season.
