Welcome to the start of 2021. Actually doing "it", the thing you said you were going to do, instead of talking about "it" is what I hope 2021 brings you. Everyone’s on their high right now, but very quickly people will get to next week and will realize it’s all the same. The question is, can you change your mindset to do shit instead of talking about shit? Change your mindset to "my community" instead of "my fans". Way too many people think of things in terms of “my fans”, “my audience”, "my likes", and "my subscribers". Instead, think of what you can do for your community. Very quickly people will realize that Corona didn’t go away with the new calendar year. Much of 2021 will be similar to 2020...the biggest difference is how you approach it. It's about where you are mentally and the execution. What will you do when it gets hard? Make 2021 the year where this mind shift happens and your perspective on your community changes. Right now you’re optimistic, but the key is to execute when it’s March 6th or April 29th or July 17th! Almost every one of them is way too long for what is needed! For everyone who runs a company, make 2021 the year where you put pressure on meetings and their length. I love 7 minute meetings that are normally booked for 30 minutes. I love 27 minute meetings when they are normally booked for an hour. People are always complaining that they don’t have enough time when in fact they just had 9 meetings on that day that all were wasted by filling the time they scheduled and thus wasting 2-4 hours!
